These apartments are designed for low to moderate income residents as well as homeless. These residents will be at risk and require supportive help such as counseling plus daycare. These units will also be considered mixed use in some circumstances in order to foster a prosperous street culture. The building will have a mixed income design to increase economic activity. The design also reflects the neighborhood around the complex such as using different housing typologies like row houses, single-loaded flats, skip-stop maisonettes, group homes, vestibule flats, and live-work units.
