A tired 1950's home reconfigured to 3 generous bedrooms and a gateway to the rear single storey addition providing for Lounge, Dining, Kitchen, and Master with ensuite while creating a unique internal North facing courtyard to house a pool and entertaining area. Simply cladd in Equitone and burnt cedar cladding with Colorbond Standing Seam roof and ponded roof over the grand hall this house is Passive Solar Design with the North South Access diagonally arranged through the axis of the building. Slightly off which will not allow sun to the smallest East facing wall during the winter solstice for about a month but with the water tank housed on that side and the ensuite it should keep an even temperature even throught that time.
